The Neo has the lowest wind tolerance of any drone DroneChecker supports, and it is not close. Conditions that a Mini 4 Pro shrugs off will push a Neo around, and because it is often flown close to people in exactly the sheltered spots where gusts behave unpredictably, the on-paper number understates how careful you need to be.
